Jack Wilshere has wished Jesse Lingard the best of luck on Instagram following his move from Manchester United to West Ham United.

Lingard has joined West Ham on loan from Premier League rivals United in the January transfer window.

The 28-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, will stay on loan at the Hammers until the end of the season.

The England international has posted a message on Instagram following his move to West Ham on loan, and Wilshere has wished him the best of luck.

The 29-year-old former Arsenal midfielder, now at Bournemouth, was on the books of West Ham from 2018 until 2020.

Good signing for West Ham United?

Lingard has a lot of experience in the Premier League and in European competitions, and West Ham will hope that he helps them in their push for the Champions League places.

The Hammers are doing well at the moment and seem to be in the running for the Premier League top four.

West Ham manager David Moyes knows Lingard from his time at United, and he could bring the best out of the Englishman.
