Jack Wilshere could be allowed to leave Arsenal this summer. Should Everton make a move for him?
Bournemouth’s Jack Wilshere looks dejected
According to reports from the Daily Sport (Printed edition page 45), Arsenal will be bringing a wholesome change to their squad this summer.
The report states that the Gunners will be looking to free up space by shipping out players like Kieran Gibbs, David Ospina, Carl Jenkinson, Mathieu Debuchy, Wojcieh Szczesny, and Jack Wilshere.
Wilshere’s case is a strange one. The midfielder progressed from the youth ranks at Arsenal, and made his senior debut in 2008. He has made 105 Premier League appearances for the Gunners till date, and has scored six goals.
There were a lot of expectation from Wilshere, but his career has taken a downward spiral because of the recurrent injuries over the last few years.

He is currently recovering from a broken leg that he suffered while playing for Bournemouth against Tottenham Hotspur last month.
Wilshere, 25, enjoyed a decent spell with Bournemouth, but probably it wasn’t enough to convince Arsene Wenger to keep him in the Arsenal squad next season. Most likely, he will be sent out on loan again.

Should Everton make a move for Wilshere?
If he is available on loan, Ronald Koeman should consider signing him.
The Toffees will not only get an experienced Premier League player, but also a left-footed midfielder who, in theory, should bring balance alongside the likes of Morgan Schneiderlin and Idrissa Gueye.
Of course, his signing will be a gamble, but Everton can terminate his loan deal at any point if he suffers another major injury next season.
