Lee Cattermole scored for Sunderland against Coventry City in League One this past weekend.

Sunderland manager Jack Ross has spoken highly of Lee Cattermole to The Daily Mail.
Ross has outlined the impact Cattermole is having inside the Sunderland dressing room.
The Sunderland boss made the comments following the Black Cats’ 1-1 draw with Coventry City away from home in League One this past Saturday afternoon.
The 30-year-old defensive midfielder played well in the match and scored in the 49th minute.
Ross told The Daily Mail about The Daily Mail: “He cares an awful lot about football. Lee is vocal in the changing room, he makes demands. He’s got that drive. It pulls other players along.”

Important player
Cattermole has has been on the books of Sunderland since the summer of 2009 when he joined from Wigan Athletic for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £6 million.
The 30-year-old is too good for League One, and there is no surprise that the defensive midfielder is doing so well for Sunderland.
The former England Under-21 international has been one of the best players for Sunderland so far this season, and with him in full swing, the Stadium of Light faithful should feel optimistic about the season ahead.
