Sunderland boss Jack Ross is set to be very busy this summer at the Stadium of Light.

Ross is already working on forming his squad for next season at the Stadium of Light, with big changes expected.
Sunderland have already been linked with a handful of players from north of the border.
But the Scottish boss, who has joined Sunderland from St. Mirren, insists that there will be plenty of English talent also targeted.

“Scotland is an area I’d be remiss not to look at because I know a lot about players’ characters and attitudes,” he said.
“There are one or two players in Scotland who I’d like to bring to the club and who I think Sunderland supporters would identify with. “But, equally, I don’t want to saturate it with Scots. I want to absorb the knowledge of others and I need to be educated quickly in the English game.”
Ross is yet to make his first signing at Sunderland, but plenty of players have already been linked.

New Sunderland owner Stewart Donald has assured supporters that Ross will have a sizeable budget provided to him, as the Black Cats look to bounce back from consecutive relegations.
Before Sunderland start making additions, they are likely to have to offload some of their higher earners.
John O’Shea is on the verge of an exit from the Stadium of Light, and he could be follow out of the door by a number of Sunderland’s current squad.
