Sunderland are interested in bringing Charlie Wyke to the Stadium of Light this summer.

Sunderland have been after Wyke from Bradford City for much of the summer so far, but they have failed to get a deal over the line.
Bradford are understood to be keen to keep hold of the target man, who finished last season as their top scorer.
And Ross said: “That’s one we are continuing to pursue. We want to get him, I think that’s well-documented, and the club has been very patient in its pursuit although that will have to come to an end one way or another soon – hopefully in our favour.”
Sunderland are wanting to add another two forwards to their ranks, even though they have already brought in Jerome Sinclair and Chris Maguire this summer.

Sunderland are having to battle off a number of sides to the signature of the in-demand Wyke.
If the giant forward was to arrive at Sunderland he would increase their aerial threat and give them a powerful outlet to play off.
Sunderland are rumoured to have already made a £600,000 bid for Wyke in the Northern Echo.
Sunderland begin their League One campaign at the weekend, when they take on Charlton Athletic.
