Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are unbeaten at home so far this season, since Steven Gerrard took charge.

Ross recalls travelling to Ibrox when managing up in Scotland with St. Mirren, and he considered Rangers’ ground one of the toughest places to go.
Ross claims that when Ibrox was at full voice, Rangers could make it seem like they were completely suffocating his side, and he wants similar to happen at Sunderland.
He said: “We hammer home the importance to the players of making this a place where opponents dread coming to.
“I’ve been there myself, when I’ve been to Ibrox and Parkhead as a player in Scotland, they were horrible at times to go to because you knew what you would face in terms of the standard of the opposition and the way they would play.
“If they started in that manner, you knew the crowd would get behind them. It was difficult, you almost feel like you can’t breathe. That’s what we need to do to teams here.
“We want to make it a place where teams will look at the results and think they don’t want to come here.”

Rangers have certainly made Ibrox seem like a fortress this season, after Steven Gerrard has taken charge.
Gerrard is still unbeaten as Rangers boss, after an impressive start to life in management.
Ross, meanwhile, is also performing well as Sunderland boss and helped his side to a 3-0 win over Scunthorpe yesterday.
Sunderland have picked up seven points in their first three League One matches, as they look to live up to their billing as promotion favourites.
