Roles has been a regular goalscorer at under-23 level and signed a two-year contract extension last month.
Roles was included on the club’s pre-season tour and came off the bench to feature against Juventus.
Spurs won the friendly match 3-2 with Harry Kane scoring a spectacular injury time winner.
