The Tottenham Hotspur teenager did well for the under-18s on Saturday, continuing his superb form this season.
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Jack Roles had a weekend to remember as he scored a hat-trick in a 6-2 victory against Southampton on Saturday, making it 11 goals so far this season.
Spurs’ first-team endured a miserable afternoon as they lost 2-1 to Premier League leaders Chelsea, but their young counterparts tore into the Saints’ and came away with a very comfortable victory.
Tottenham were 4-0 up at half-time, courtesy of two goals from Roles and a brace from Samuel Shashoua, and it was the former who completed his hat-trick after the break, with substitute Kazaiah Sterling adding gloss to the final score with a strike of his own.
Roles is a Cyprus under-19 international who has featured in Tottenham’s last four UEFA Youth League matches.

He is yet to make his debut for the club’s under-23 but if he keeps scoring at this rate it will only be a matter of time asn his hat-trick made it 11 goals so far this season.
The 17-year-old is the latest in an increasingly long line of teenagers making waves in Tottenham’s academy setup and while he has a long way to go, he clearly has an eye for goal and a seemingly bright future ahead of him.
