Wednesday played out a 1-1 draw with Cardiff away from home at the Cardiff City Stadium in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
Gary Hooper put the Owls in the lead in the 39th minute, but Sol Bamba restored parity for the Bluebirds in the fifth minute of injury time.
Hunt started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, and the 26-year-old Wednesday defender has taken to Twitter to express his disappointment at the final result.
The former Huddersfield Town and Crystal Palace man, though, has pointed out that the Owls have been quite successful over the past week or so.
Wednesday won 3-1 against Nottingham Forest at the Hillsborough Stadium in the Championship last weekend, before getting the better of Brentford 2-1 at home in the league on Tuesday evening.
