Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea reportedly want Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish.

Aston Villa star Jack Grealish is a player in demand, with Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Newcastle United among the clubs reported to be interested.
According to Sky Sports, Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester United are interested in Grealish, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder, while The Chronicle has reported that Newcastle are monitoring his situation.
A report in TEAMtalk today has claimed that Chelsea are interested in Grealish, and are willing to offer £30 million and loan him back to Villa for the 2018-19 campaign.

While that would be a very tempting offer for the Villans, who have FFP issues, for Grealish, it would actually stunt his growth and he should opt for Tottenham, if indeed the North London club make a bid for him this summer.
Staying at Villa for another season in the Championship is not going to do much for Grealish if he is to go back to Chelsea and play in the Premier League and the Champions League.

The 22-year-old would also struggle to break into the Chelsea first team due to competition for places, just as Ross Barkley has.
Tottenham would be the best place for the attacker to develop and grow. Manager Mauricio Pochettino has proved him how he make young players better – just take a look at Dele Alli and Harry Kane – and although Grealish would have to work very hard and be patient, he would stand a much better chance of progressing as a footballer at Spurs than he would at Chelsea.
