Aston Villa were held to a 0-0 draw by West Ham United on Monday evening.

Villa failed to beat a 10 man side on Monday evening, and their performance when they had a numerical advantage was poor.
Villa failed to utilise their man advantage, with West Ham’s defence holding firm during the contest.
Dean Smith’s side’s best chance in the final moments actually fell to Grealish, but he could not tuck home the left footed volley.
And Grealish admitted that Villa appeared to let an opportunity slip.
“I’ve just been back into the changing room and all the lads are devastated,” Grealish said.
“It feels like a loss in there, especially when they went down to 10 men. It feels like we should have won the game.”

Before the game Villa may not have been too disappointed with a point against an in-form West Ham side.
However, it did feel like they missed a chance to collect all three points with their display.
Villa are next in action at the weekend, when they take on Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
