England are potentially just 90 minutes away from glory as they take on Italy in the Euro 2020 final on Sunday, with Jack Grealish possibly playing a role.
The Three Lions battled past Denmark in the semi-finals to reach the final, and could now win a first major tournament in 55 years.
Gareth Southgate will have many tough decisions to make as he picks his starting line-up, and Grealish will be in contention for a start.
The Aston Villa star only had a brief cameo against Denmark, as he came off the bench only to then be substituted as Southgate went with a more defensive side.
Grealish could play as a number 10 or on the left flank, potentially offering fresh legs having been used sparingly this summer.
Ahead of Sunday’s game, Grealish has of course been focusing on pre-match preparation, but also on playing some basketball around the training camp.
England’s official Instagram account posted a clip of Grealish messing around and playing basketball, hitting one shot before comparing himself to Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry.
“Well that’s what I do out here bro,” said Grealish. “I’m like Steph Curry, you get me?”
The greatest three-point shooter of the modern era, Curry is the go-to for anybody shooting a basketball these days.
Curry has three NBA titles to his name, and whilst he may never be the greatest basketball player ever, Grealish can add a title of his own on Sunday.
