Jack Collison seems to rate West Ham United youngster Declan Rice highly.

Jack Collison has praised West Ham United youngster Declan Rice on social networking site Twitter.
The 29-year-old former West Ham midfielder has been impressed with the performances of Rice this season.
The 19-year-old, who can operate as a central defender or as a defensive midfielder, made 15 starts and 11 substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Hammers this season.
The Republic of Ireland international has been brilliant for West Ham this campaign, and Collison has spoken highly of him on Twitter and has also advised him to keep working hard.

West Ham have endured a disappointing season and could only narrowly avoid relegation from the Premier League.
The Hammers are a big club and have a loyal following, and the London outfit do need to do better than just survive in the Premier League.
Young and talented players like Rice are important to West Ham’s long-term success, but they also need to sign some experiences and mature players in the summer transfer window.
