Aston Villa are heavily linked with a move for the Stoke City goalkeeper.

The Birmingham Mail has reported that Jack Butland wants a move to Aston Villa this summer.
Villa are heavily linked with a move for the Stoke City goalkeeper who, according to The Northern Echo, is valued at around £30 million by the Championship club.
Aston Villa are in the market for a new keeper and The Birmingham Mail claims that Butland is willing to join Dean Smith’s side, who won Premier League promotion via the playoffs.
The reports add, however, that a fee is yet to be agreed between the Villans and City.
This could be a brilliant signing for the Villans.
Yes, it’s a huge price-tag for a goalkeeper, but Butland, who is only 26, has a very bright career ahead of him still and Aston Villa would get many good years out of him.
Plus, there’s a major re-sale value potentially. By 28, Butland could have an even bigger price, so it makes sense from a football and a business point of view.
