Jack Aitchison hopes that Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has been kept abreast of his heroics.

Celtic starlet Jack Aitchison has admitted to The Scottish Sun that he hopes manager Brendan Rodgers has heard about his latest heroics.
The 18-year-old striker scored twice for Scotland Under-19s in a 2-0 win over the Netherlands this past weekend.
In doing so, Aitchison, who scored for Celtic’s development side in a drubbing of Kilmarnock last week, enhanced his reputation and looks to be coming into a bit of form.
The teenage talent hasn’t played for Rodgers since last April, but already has a senior goal under his belt by scoring in a 7-0 demolition of Motherwell toward the end of the 2015-16 campaign, when he was 16.

And Aitchison is hoping that Rodgers is keeping himself updated over his form in a bid to earn a senior recall at some point.
He told The Scottish Sun: “I’m scoring goals just now so I am asking the question and hopefully my manager sees I am grabbing some goals and maybe I can get a wee shot again.”
Celtic, who are 10 points clear of second-placed Rangers, will have a lot of dead rubbers after wrapping up the Premiership title, which seems a formality now, and maybe, just maybe, Rodgers will bring Aitchison back into the first team.
