Leeds loanee could soon be providing a spark.

Stuart Dallas of Leeds United scores the opening goal during the Sky Bet Championship match between Leeds United and Reading at Elland Road on November 27, 2018 in Leeds, England.

Leeds United beat Reading 1-0 and moved closer to the top of the Championship.

Stuart Dallas’ winning goal was only half the story, with Bailey Peacock-Farrell saving a penalty in the 89th minute.

Leeds loanee Izzy Brown praised Peacock-Farrell and congratulated the team, reacting to the result.

The Whites are now just one point off the top of the table, with Norwich and Middlesbrough each only managing draws.

Leeds have now won back to back games, the perfect way to bounce back from a heavy defeat to West Brom.

Brown made his comeback from injury for the under-23s last week and is scheduled to play again for them on Friday.

It won’t be too long before he is joining the first team and helping in the quest for promotion.

Leeds may have won, but this evening also showed they could do with some more attacking quality, which Brown will be able to provide.
