Liverpool beat Atletico Madrid 2-0 on Wednesday evening, and there were plenty of takeaways from the match.

The Reds were once again fantastic, overcoming the La Liga champions with relative ease, but interestingly, Liverpool fans did have a tactical suggestion for Jurgen Klopp after last night.

Indeed, while the Reds’ goals both came from open play, Liverpool supporters noted just how dangerous they were from corners last night.

Fans were blown away by the quality of delivery we saw from Kostas Tsimikas, and while Andy Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold are two of the best crossers in the game, fans want to see the Greek on corners from now on.

To be fair, we can see where they’re coming from. Trent and Robertson may be brilliant crossers, but their delivery from corners isn’t brilliant as they often fail to beat the first man.

The £12m man seems to have perfected the art of taking a corner, and fans are hoping that he gets more chances to take dead-balls.

Here’s what the Anfield faithful have been saying on social media…
