West Ham United are said to be interested in snapping up Ivan Perisic from Inter Milan.

According to Gazetta Dello Sport, West Ham United are chasing Ivan Perisic and if he was the first player to arrive in the summer it would be a dream start to their transfer dealings.

West Ham invested heavily last year, with Manuel Pellegrini bringing some real talent to the London Stadium.

The addition of Felipe Anderson has been a stand out signing, but Issa Diop, Lukasz Fabianski and Fabian Balbuena have also been great recruits for West Ham.

The Hammers may have disappointed this term, but there is unquestionably talent to work with there.

And if Perisic was to arrive at West Ham from Inter Milan then it could kick-start a brilliant summer for them.

The arrival of Perisic would show that West Ham are serious about wanting to break into the top six, and the Croatian’s arrival would surely attract other players to the club.

Pellegrini has put the foundations in place to build an exciting project at West Ham, and if Perisic was to sign then next season could really be a special one for the Hammers.
