The West Ham United boss needs to drop Aaron Cresswell and bring in Arthur Masuaku.

Arthur Masuaku has not started a Premier League game for West Ham United since the 4-0 defeat at Manchester United on the opening weekend of the campaign.
The Irons travel to in-form Burnley after the international break and perhaps it’s time that Slaven Bilic brings in the 23-year-old at left-back for Aaron Cresswell.
West Ham need goals and Cresswell has set up two in his last 38 Premier League outings – Masuaku has two in his last two Premier League outings.

The former Olympiacos man came off the bench to set up Cheikhou Kouyate in the 3-2 defeat by Tottenham and Diafra Sakho in the 1-0 win over Swansea on Saturday.
With a goal in the League Cup win over Bolton Wanderers last month, you can certainly argue that Masuaku is the stronger player in regards to attacking.

Is he a better defender? There’s an argument that he is and that he isn’t, but he’s good enough to handle Robbie Brady and Matt Lowton in the defensive stakes at Turf Moor.
It took a while but Masuaku is finally becoming a popular figure among Hammers fans and Bilic needs to reward his good work by starting him against the Clarets.
