Tottenham Hotspur head coach Antonio Conte has told Football.London that he feels bad for Harry Kane for not winning a major trophy yet.
Kane is one of the best strikers in the world and is a key figure for Tottenham and England.
The 29-year-old has scored 187 goals and created 69 big chances in 287 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
Kane could eventually end up as the top scorer of all time in the Premier League.
The striker has also scored 50 goals in 73 matches for England.
However, Kane has yet to win a major trophy with Tottenham or England, and Spurs boss Conte feels bad for him.
Antonio Conte on Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane
Conte told Football.London about Kane: “The records underline that you are doing something special, and I think Harry in his career is doing something special in personal achievement because it’s really a pity with so many personal big achievements and you don’t win (trophies).
“Until now he hasn’t won and usually when you score a lot of goals for your national team and club you deserve to have a good win on your back, but we are trying to work and help him to find and get this target.

“You know very well for us that Harry is important and we are talking about a world-class striker but I see the desire in him, the desire to do something special.
“When you win it means you lift trophies, Premier League, FA Cup, Carabao Cup and with the national team the Euros, World Cup and these are trophies you have to lift and you are talking about a top player and I think he deserves this.”
Winning trophies with Spurs and England
In our opinion, Harry Kane could win major trophies with Tottenham Hotspur and England.
Tottenham are unlikely to win the Premier League title this season, but they could win a cup competition under Conte.
If Conte stays at Spurs and is given the backing that he needs in next two or three years, then the former Chelsea and Inter Milan boss could take the club to Premier League title triumph.
England reached the final of Euro 2020, and the Three Lions could end up winning the 2022 World Cup finals in Qatar.
We think that Kane should stay positive about winning silverware with England and Tottenham.
