Some Liverpool fans on social media have been reacting after a graphic shown on Sky Sports’ coverage of their game against Manchester City did the rounds on social media.
Sky focused on Trent Alexander-Arnold as he sat on the sidelines during the City match, and they flashed up a graphic that perfectly highlighted just how important he is to Klopp’s team.
According to Sky’s stats, Alexander-Arnold ranks first in the Premier League in terms of chances created, chances created from set-pieces, passes played into the box and successful crosses.
It’s clear to see that the right-back is one of the best playmakers in England, and even Liverpool supporters were blown away by these stats.
Many members of the fanbase labelled Alexander-Arnold as the best right-back in the world, and while there is a debate to be had, it’s very hard to make a case against the Liverpool star.
