Ian Wright has taken to Twitter to hit back at Gary Neville, after the Sky Sports pundit commented on Arsenal and the north London derby.
What’s the story?
Well, Neville shared his thoughts on postponements in the Premier League, after Arsenal submitted a request to reschedule Sunday’s clash with Tottenham.
Despite the fact Arsenal are claiming they have an insufficient amount of players to partake in the fixture, Sky Sports believe Spurs are furious at the request.
Neville took the side of Tottenham, as he believes – from now on – clubs should be made to play their fixtures regardless of their situations.

However, Wright wasn’t having any of it.
The 58-year-old accused Neville of putting Sky Sports before Arsenal, the supporters of anything else for that matter.

A war of words has commenced – it will be interesting to see what the opinionated Neville responds with.

At the start of the season, Arsenal took on Brentford with a number of key players missing amid an outbreak of COVID-19.
Nobody shared any sympathy for the Gunners back then, as Sky Sports documented Arsenal’s misery after the Bees defeated the depleted north Londoners.
At times, it really does feel as if it’s all about the TV broadcasters, rather than the supporters or anything else.
If there truly is another outbreak of COVID-19 at Arsenal, then it’s wrong for Neville to say they should play the game regardless.
All that would do is increase the risk of spreading the virus, potentially causing more positive cases across the Premier League.
