Leeds United fans were left worried after Marcelo Bielsa confirmed that Robin Koch, Luke Ayling and Patrick Bamford would all miss their next two games yesterday.
Injury issues
Speaking to Leeds Live at his press conference at Thorp Arch yesterday, Bielsa opened up about Leeds’ injury problems.
The Whites are really down to the bare bones at the moment and it doesn’t appear that their injury list is set to shrink any time soon.
That could make Leeds’ task of picking up points in their coming games very tough.
And it’s fair to say that Bielsa’s latest update has left many Leeds fans very concerned.
Pressure mounting?
The problem for Leeds is that their poor start has meant that they can ill afford to keep waiting for players to come back before getting back to winning ways.
Leeds are already nervously looking over their shoulders, after taking just six points from their opening eight games.
Bielsa’s men go into their game against Wolves tomorrow on the back of a poor display against Southampton.
With so many key players out, Leeds really struggled on the south coast.
And they will surely have to be much improved at the weekend, if they are to collect any points from their clash with Bruno Lage’s side.
