Speaking on the Hammers Chat YouTube channel, Declan Rice has shared that his West Ham teammates won’t stop asking him when he’s back from injury so that they can plan their next celebration.
Rice was of course a part of the brilliant band celebration against Tottenham earlier this season, and the Hammers squad are desperate to know when they’ll have their drummer back.
Rice was speaking about how the celebrations come about, before sharing his annoyance about teammates continuously asking him about his return.
“Do you know what? It’s annoying, they keep asking me ‘when are you back? When are you back? We’re trying to plan our celebrations,” Rice said.
“I tell them ‘I’m back soon, I’ll be back soon, we can plan one when I’m back.”

This is just a sign of how high the spirits are at West Ham at the moment.
Arguably their best player is out of action and the only thing the players are worried about is planning their next celebration.
Interestingly, Rice says he’s back soon, so perhaps we’ll be seeing a few more funky celebrations from the Hammers in the coming weeks.
Fingers crossed Rice can return and make an impact before the end of the season.
