Harry Kane might have irked some of his Tottenham Hotspur teammates with this week’s behaviour – and in particular, Son Heung-min.

The 28-year-old striker has failed to report for pre-season training at Hotspur Way this week.

And with there being speculation about a big-money move to Manchester City, there are no prizes for guessing that there’s been reports that the two situations are linked.

Quite a lot of fans of the North London club are upset with their star player and one illustrated his displeasure by making a photo on Instagram.

Kane hasn’t won a trophy for the Lilywhites, who have won 26 major honours during their existence.

And interestingly, Son ‘liked’ a photo on Instagram which had the caption that nobody is bigger than the club, alongside a photo of legendary manager Bill Nicholson.

Here’s how some Tottenham fans reacted to Son’s social media activity:

Intentional?

We’ll never know whether Son – who signed a contract extension in N17 last month – ‘liked’ the post on purpose or by accident.

But it isn’t beyond the realm of possibility that some of Kane’s teammates are genuinely annoyed with him.

After all, the Premier League season kicks off in a little over a week and with Nuno Espirito Santo’s side hosting Manchester City, somewhat ironically, this distraction is very untimely.
