Ben Foster has shared that he is picking Arsenal defender, Ben White, in his fantasy football team, as he labelled him as a ‘steal’ on his own YouTube channel.
The Watford goalkeeper selected Arsenal’s new summer signing alongside fellow defenders Luke Shaw and John Stones, amongst others.
Arsenal kick off the 2021/22 Premier League season against newly-promoted Brentford on Friday night and White will be hoping to make his debut.
This is what Foster had to say about selecting White in his FPL team ahead of the new Premier League season.
“Ben White, new Arsenal signing, he cost them £50 million,” said Foster. “If you want him in this game though, he’s £4.5 million.
“It’s a steal. A must-have. You have got to have Ben White in your team. He is the first defender.”

Arsenal started the previous campaign by dispatching then newly-promoted Fulham, but it went downhill after that.
Brentford will be that little tougher because they don’t have the mental bloke of previously being relegated like Fulham did.
Plus, it’s an evening game, under the lights and with the fans back in the stands, so it will make the game that more exciting.
Mikel Arteta simply can’t afford to slip up early on because if he does then he might be the first Premier League manager out of the exit door.
