Former Queens Park Rangers ace Adel Taarabt may finally be finding form.

Once tipped as one of Europe’s most exciting young players, Adel Taarabt’s career has not lived up to expectations – but he is finally in a good moment.
His best form came at Queens Park Rangers, but it says a lot about his luck in recent seasons that the best year of his career was at Loftus Road back in 2010/11.
He struggled to replicate his sensational Championship form in the Premier League, and after clashing with manager Harry Redknapp he was finally moved on in 2015 – not before a surprise loan spell with AC Milan.

Taarabt moved to Benfica but could not establish himself in the team, and has had two wasted years in Portugal.
He is currently on loan at Genoa, with interest in Italy still piqued due to his Milan loan.
Taarabt did not begin the season well, and before this weekend his only notable contribution was a red card.

Suddenly the Moroccan’s fortunes may have changed. He scored one and provided an assist at the weekend, inspiring Genoa to a 3-2 away win over Cagliari.
This could just be a flash in the pan for Taarabt, like his one successful season at QPR.
It is up to the 28-year-old to now kick on, and show he can salvage his career and reputation, and perhaps just finally get back to enjoying his football like he once did at Loftus Road.
