The duo have played together at the centre of defence in Rangers last five games.
Rangers central defender Clint Hill has told the club’s official website that it would be fantastic if defensive partner Rob Kiernan could learn from him.
The Gers backline has lacked consistency this season, with Mark Warburton shuffling the pack early on.
The last five games have seen him settle on a central defensive pairing of Kieran and Hill, something that has helped them improve upon a disappointing start to the season.

At 38-years-old, Hill has a lot to teach the 25-year-old, and he says it would be fantastic for him if he could manage to help his teammate develop his game.
“Hopefully Rob can learn from me, I am just a humble guy who works hard and tries to do his best for the team,” he told the club’s official website.
“I like Rob, he is a great lad and he has everything you need, he is strong, he’s quick and he is good in the air so he has everything you need to be a good defender. If I can help him along the way then that would be fantastic for me.”

Rangers will certainly be hoping that the duo can strike up a strong partnership moving forwards.
They have already let in 13 goals in 12 games so far this season, which despite being the third best record in the league, is far more than they will have liked.
Improving that record will be key to them continuing to challenge for second place at least and getting Hill and Kiernan playing as a consistent and solid pairing will go a long way to helping them achieve that aim.
