The Fanatics Fest 2026 in New York City featured an insane lineup of athletes and celebrities. Moreover, with the event overlapping with the 2026 FIFA World Cup, fans saw their favorite soccer stars on stage as well.
Speaking of the event, an image went viral that featured the likes of Lionel Messi, Kevin Durant, Tom Brady, Travis Scott, and more.

Scott recently made an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, where he was asked about the above-mentioned viral picture.
“It was a crazy press conference. I think the team captains did right before the game, which is crazy. I was involved, and I heard Messi was going to be there, and I was like, ‘Man, I gotta see one of the greatest athletes,'” Scott said.
He added, “Yeah, he was cool. I think it was just straight up, he was like so locked in on the game, which I love to see, I’m a competitor. Yeah, it’s crazy.”
The viral picture was taken before Spain vs. Argentina’s clash at the 2026 FIFA World Cup final. Evidently, it made sense for Messi to be focused on the game.
While Messi and co. were utterly dominated by Spain, the Fanatics Fest moment helped Scott meet one of the greatest athletes of all time.
