Martin Keown thinks Tottenham Hotspur fans’ protests against Daniel Levy will ‘disappear’ if they continue to play attacking football.
Under Tottenham’s previous three managers, whilst two of them have been trophy-winning, there has been a sense of their footballing DNA being ripped out of them.
But, ever since Ange Postecoglou entered the building, as Keown mentioned, there is ‘a sense of freedom’ to their style of play.
The former Arsenal man also mentioned that, before Tottenham’s 2-0 win over Manchester United on Saturday, there were ‘protests’ against Daniel Levy, as he told Match of the Day 2.
The Spurs chairman and ENIC are in the same boat and that’s a chunk of the fanbase wanting them to move on.
But Keown thinks their viewpoints will change if they get more evenings like they did against Manchester United.

“There is a sense of freedom about them,” said Keown. “The fans and everybody are all together.
“I know there was a little bit of a protest before the game, with the Daniel Levy situation. I feel that might disappear quickly if they continue playing the way they are.”

Postecoglou has brought everyone together
From day dot, the Spurs boss has lifted the team and the fans, who were divided after their eighth-placed finish last time out.
Not only that, even with the exit of the club’s all-time leading goalscorer, Harry Kane, he hasn’t felt sorry for himself or the team.
And, out on the pitch, everything is front foot, taking the game to their opponent and not being satisfied even if they have a 1-0 or 2-0 lead.
