Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to reveal that they think Pablo Hernandez and Gaetano Berardi will be leaving Elland Road when the 2020/21 season ends.

The pair have barely featured under Marcelo Bielsa this term, and some supporters think their time is up when the summer arrives.

Hernandez has made just two Premier League starts, as well as eight appearances from the bench.

The Spaniard has been a fantastic servant to the Whites, but he turns 36 in April and is certainly nearing the end of his career.

In Berardi’s case, he has been out injured having suffered Anterior Cruciate ligament damage in the 3-1 win over Derby last season.

The Switzerland international’s contract actually ended last summer when he was still injured.

However, such is his status as a fan favourite, the popular 32-year-old was handed a 12-month deal by Leeds while he focused on recovering.

That contract expires in June, however, and the Leeds fans below clearly don’t think he’s going to be handed an extension.

They also predict Hernandez will leave, despite the ex-Swansea man’s contract running until June 2022, according to Transfermarkt.

If they do depart before fans are allowed back in to say goodbye, it would be truly heartbreaking.

Let’s see what the Leeds fans on Twitter have been saying…
