The striker has played every minute during Tottenham Hotspur’s last two games.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino addressed the media during his pre-match press conference today, ahead of his side’s clash with Arsenal tomorrow, and laughed off suggestions that Harry Kane’s recent return has adversely affected his team, as quoted by Football.London.
The 25-year-old hitman injured his ankle against Manchester United in January, and was subsequently ruled out for around five weeks, before finally returning to action last Saturday.
Unfortunately for Tottenham, they have lost both games since Kane’s return to action, with some fans and pundits claiming that the England skipper’s return has disrupted the balance of the team.
Pochettino responded angrily, however, when asked if Kane’s return has affected Spurs, as quoted by Football.London:

“It makes me laugh, it is unbelievable, but that is the era we are living in. Harry is on of the best strikers, players in the world. For different circumstances we didn’t win but Harry is one of the best players, not only here in Tottenham, in England, in Europe and the world and that is no doubt and there is no debate.”
Tottenham play host to Arsenal tomorrow, and Kane will surely start the game against the Gunners, as Pochettino’s men look to create some distance between themselves and fourth place.
And it would be no surprise to see the 25-year-old improve upon his already impressive goalscoring record against Spurs’ fiercest rivals.
