West Ham United need to make some changes as their regular starters continue to struggle.

The worrying thing for West Ham United fans is that despite their obvious struggles manager Slaven Bilic is picking the same players every week.

Injuries are currently limiting their defensive options, with the ever-reliable Aaron Cresswell side-lined and summer signing Arthur Masuaku recently joining him, while the Hammers are limited in terms of striking options. But there are areas of the field that can be tweaked in the hope of rediscovering that winning formula.

While some West Ham fans feel a change is needed in the centre of the park, with Mark Noble and Cheikhou Kouyate unable to replicate their best form thus far, another player also deserves the chop in the form of goalkeeper Adrian.

The 29-year-old Spaniard has played every Premier League match so far this season, conceding 16 goals in just 540 minutes of football, so his back-up Darren Randolph would be forgiven for wondering what has to happen for him to get a chance.

Randolph is no dud, with 15 caps for the Republic of Ireland under his belt and 111 top flight appearances, so why isn’t Bilic turning to him in a bid to alter the club’s fortunes?

Something has to change, with Adrian looking well below his best, and as the signs point to a long, hard season it will take a brave man to make the changes needed before it is too late.
