The report has claimed that the 24-year-old is rated at £10 million, and that the winger wants to leave Championship club City.
A report in The Bristol Post has claimed that it is inevitable that the 24-year-old Republic of Ireland international winger will leave the Robins in the summer transfer window.

Second chance for Leeds United?
In January 2019, Sky Sports reported of Leeds’s interest in signing the former Oxford United winger in the January transfer window.
O’Dowda did not switch clubs at the time, but perhaps the West Yorkshire outfit have another chance at bringing the winger to Elland Road this summer.
The 24-year-old winger made 20 starts and 11 substitute appearances in the Championship for City this season, scoring four goals and providing four assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
