Rio Ferdinand has said on his YouTube channel that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta needs to tweak Gabriel Jesus’s game so that he can score more goals.
The former Manchester United defender has been blown away by how good Jesus has been for Arsenal since his move from Manchester City in the summer transfer window.
The BT Sport pundit has noted how hard Jesus works and how he helps out defensively.
Ferdinand, though, believes that Arsenal manager Arteta needs to tweak the £45 million (The Daily Mail)’s game to help him score more.
The 25-year-old Brazil international winger has scored five goals and provided five assists in 13 Premier League matches for Arsenal so far this season.
Jesus has given one assists in five UEFA Europa League appearances for the Gunners so far this campaign.

Rio Ferdinand on Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus
The Englishman said about Jesus: “Just tweak his performance a little bit to be a goal threat in the box.
“If he can do that, with what he is doing outside. At times, he is covering your left-back. He is filling in for your left-back at times. It is crazy.”
Gem of a player
In our opinion, Gabriel Jesus has been superb for Arsenal so far this season and is a gem of a player.
Yes, the striker needs to score goals, but he is doing everything else for the team.
Jesus is getting chances, and he is also linking up well with his teammates.
We know that the Brazilian is a very good striker, and we think that goals will come for him.
