Tim Sherwood has said on the Premier League Review show that Granit Xhaka will never play for a bigger club than Arsenal.
The former Tottenham Hotspur manager has praised Xhaka for the way he has turned it around at Arsenal.
Sherwood believes that the Switzerland international midfielder will never play for a club who are bigger than Arsenal.
The 30-year-old Switzerland international midfielder has been on the books of the Gunners since 2016 when he moved from German club Borussia Mönchengladbach.
Arsenal paid £30 million in transfer fees for the midfielder (Sky Sports).
Xhaka fell out with the Arsenal fans in 2019 when he was not happy with them for booing and jeering himagainst Crystal Palace in October of that year.
However, the Swiss star is back among the favourite players of the Emirates Stadium faithful and is now one of the first names on the Arsenal teamsheet.

Sherwood said about Xhaka: “He has obviously looked at other clubs. I think Roma, Mourinho was looking to bring him.
“Granit Xhaka is never going to play for a bigger football club than Arsenal, and I think it hit home to him and he realised that he needs to knuckle down. I give him a lot of respect.”
Playing well
In our view, Granit Xhaka is at the top of his game at the moment and is playing well for Arsenal.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is using the midfielder in a box-to-box role, and the Switzerland international is flourishing.
The midfielder is one of the first names on the Arsenal teamsheet, and that is unlikely to change anytime soon.
Arsenal are aiming to finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season and are also looking to make an impact in the UEFA Europa League.
