The West Ham United man has enjoyed a wonderfully successful career in the game.

West Ham ace Issa Diop spoke exclusively to the club’s official website about the quality of his teammate Samir Nasri, sharing how he used to watch the Frenchman when he was a young boy growing up in Toulouse.
The 31-year-old joined the Hammers on a short-term deal at the start of the month, and he has already impressed for Manuel Pellegrini’s side.
Nasri spent more than 12 months away from the game due to a doping ban, but he seems to have got himself in great shape over the last few months.
He could very well prove to be an excellent signing for West Ham, as the east London outfit look to secure a Europa League spot this season.
Diop raved about Nasri, when speaking exclusively to the club’s official website yesterday, suggesting that when the former France international has the ball, the game is a lot easier:

“When I was younger, I watched him on TV when he played for Marseille and Arsenal. When I watched him in France, everybody said ‘He is going to be a big player’. He was very young and he played with a lot of confidence and quality. He is a bonus for us and for a young player like me. He is a technical, smart and clever player. When he has the ball, the game is always much easier!”
West Ham fans expect their club to finish inside the top seven this season, and if they are to have any chance fo doing just that, Nasri will undoubtedly need to be on his best form between now and May.
And if he continues to prove his doubters wrong, he will surely offered a longer-term deal at the end of the campaign.
