West Ham United are reportedly keen on Aleksandar Mitrovic.

West Ham United are reportedly keen on Fulham striker Aleksandar Mitrovic – and it’s fair to say defender Issa Diop is a fan of the centre forward.
Fulham suffered relegation to the Championship on Tuesday night, and they may now lose some of their players who have at least shown some potential in the top flight.
Mitrovic is chief of those, after hitting 10 goals in 32 Premier League games in a team that struggled to provide him with consistent quality supply.
The Serbian is unlikely to fancy playing in the Championship, and The Mirror now report that West Ham are interested in signing him, potentially keeping him in London.
Mitrovic, 24, could be a fine addition to the West Ham attack, especially given question marks over Marko Arnautovic’s future at the London Stadium.
One man who would seemingly be a fan of a deal, both for adding a quality player and so he doesn’t have to face Mitrovic again, is £22million (BBC) Hammers defender Diop.

Before West Ham hosted Fulham in February, Diop suggested to the club’s official website that Mitrovic is a ‘big player’, praising how powerful and strong he is.
Diop noted that not many strikers are as physical as Mitrovic, and he had to take time to figure out how to mark him, giving West Ham the reference they need to go and strike a deal this summer.
“Mitrovic is a big player,” said Diop. “He’s a big, powerful striker, very strong and very good in aerial situations, so we need to be careful. I will work out how I can mark him. I enjoy those physical battles with the strikers and not many will be as physical as Mitrovic. He uses his body really well, so I have to figure out how to get into good positions to stop him,” he added.
