Some Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Ismaila Sarr for Watford against Aston Villa at the weekend.
What’s the story?
Sarr was in action for Watford against Villa at Vicarage Road in the Premier League on Saturday.
It was the opening game of the season for the Hornets, who won promotion from the Championship at the end of last season.
The Senegal international winger was superb in the game, as Watford won 3-2.
The 23-year-old winger scored in the 42nd minute and was a problem for the Villa defence throughout his time on the pitch.
Sarr took three shots, played four key passes, had a pass accuracy of 76.2%, won two headers, took 47 touches, attempted four dribbles, made one interception, and put in four crosses.
Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur interest
Both Liverpool and Tottenham have been linked with Sarr.
90min reported last month that Liverpool are planning to make a bid of £40 million for the winger.
Eurosport claimed last week that Spurs are considering making a move for Sarr.
