Brown put the hosts in the lead in the 27th minute, but Chris Wood restored parity for the Whites on 35 minutes. Michael Hefele found the net in the 89th minute to wrap up all three points for Huddersfield at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Chelsea duo Brown, who is 20 years of age and can operate as a forward or as a winger, and Palmer, who is also 20 years old and plays as a midfielder, have taken to Twitter to revel in the win.

The two youngsters, currently on loan at Huddersfield from Chelsea, featured in the win against Leeds.
The win against Leeds means that Huddersfield are now fourth in the Championship table with 55 points from 29 matches.
David Wagner’s side are genuine playoff contenders, and their performance and result against Leeds is certainly going to increase optimism among the fans.
