Newcastle United youngster Isaac Hayden has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s failure to win against Leeds United.

The Magpies failed to return to winning ways in the Championship as they played out a 1-1 draw with Leeds at St. James’ Park.

Jamaal Lascelles’s goal midway through the second half put the home team in the lead, but New Zealand international striker Chris Wood equalised for the West Yorkshire outfit in injury time.

Hayden, who is 22 years of age and can operate as a central defender or as a defensive midfielder, has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the final result.

The England Under-21 international has expressed his disappointment at the final result, but he believes that Newcastle are in a good position in the league.

Rafael Benitez’s side are second in the Championship table at the moment with 85 points from 42 matches, four points behind leaders Brighton and Hove Albion.

The Magpies will return to action on Monday afternoon when they take on Ipswich Town away from home at Portman Road in the league.
