The Magpies were beaten by Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.

Newcastle United midfielder Issac Hayden has told the Chronicle that people need to realise they were never going to walk the Championship this season.
The Magpies are expected to dominate the division this year following their extensive overhaul in the summer transfer window.
Things appeared to be on the right course too, as they had marched up the table after winning five games on the bounce.
However, they were brought back to earth with a bang on Saturday as Wolves secured a surprise 2-0 win at St James’ Park.

That defeat was a timely reminder of the Championship’s tough nature and Hayden says people must realise it was never going to be easy for them.
“We were never going to walk the league,” he told the Chronicle.
“That’s one thing that people need to understand. The league isn’t easy. We have had a few very good results on the bounce but trust me that’s not easy in this league to produce.”

If Newcastle are to dominate in the Championship season they will need to drastically up the number of chances they are creating.
So far this season they have created an average of 1.1 big chances per game, which is the 12th best record in the division.
There is a similar trend when it comes to key passes, where they have managed an average of 9. 6 per game so far, the 13th most in the league.
With a squad as talented as theirs, those are disappointing numbers and improvement is needed to ensure they compete at the top this year.
