Newcastle United midfielder Isaac Hayden looks set to come back into Rafael Benitez’s side in the near future.

Newcastle United midfielder Isaac Hayden has told the Shields Gazette that he has played injured this season.
Hayden has been out for over a month with an ankle injury, which has kept him out of Newcastle’s last nine matches.
And, even before he had time on the sidelines, Hayden admits that he wasn’t in good physical shape.
“The surgery went really well and the problem has been taken out, so I’ve been back in training for the last few days,” Hayden said.
“I’d been playing with it for probably the two or three weeks before I actually stopped.
“It was just about getting through the games the best I could and it got to the stage where it was too uncomfortable to play with.”
Hayden has been back in Newcastle training recently, and his return will be a major boost for Rafael Benitez’s side.
The former Arsenal man’s absence has been keenly felt, and he is expected to come straight back into the Magpies’ team now he is fit again.
Hayden is set to play a key role, as Newcastle look to secure their promotion in the final few weeks of the season.
Newcastle are currently sitting at the top of the Championship table, and have built up a seven point advantage over third placed Huddersfield Town.
Newcastle are next in action at the weekend, with a match against struggling Wigan Athletic.
