Queens Park Rangers defender Steven Caulker looks to be staying at Loftus Road.
Caulker was expected to sign for Russian side Lokomotiv Moscow, who hinted at his arrival in a series of cryptic posts on Twitter.
But little over a week later, the 25-year-old’s move appears to be off, based on Lokomotiv’s latest social media update, in which Heathrow Airport’s departure board depicts a cancelled flight to the Russian capital.

There has been no word yet from QPR, who it is claimed are keen to relieve themselves of Caulker’s reported £30,000 a week wages.

Caulker is said to have been offered to several Russian clubs before the initiative was seized by Lokomotiv, and with their transfer window open throughout the month of February, there’s a chance the once-capped England international could still be moved on.
