Leeds United boss Thomas Christiansen appears to be making his mind up about his squad at Elland Road.

Thomas Christiansen now appears to be making his mind up about his Leeds United squad, after deeming Giuseppe Bellusci and Lee Erwin surplus to requirements in recent days.

The Yorkshire Evening Post have suggested that Bellusci will depart soon, while TeamTalk say that Erwin will be allowed to leave Elland Road on a free transfer this summer.

Christiansen originally stated that every one of Leeds players would get a chance to impress under his stewardship.

However, it seems that he is starting to make his mind up about many of the options available to him in the Whites’ current squad.

With Bellusci’s and Erwin’s futures now addressed, Toumani Diagouraga could be next in line to learn his fate.

And the omens are surely not good for the 30-year-old midfielder.

The YEP have suggested that Diagouraga wants to fight for his place at Leeds, but with a host of new arrivals coming in at Elland Road breaking into Christiansen’s team looks difficult.

And it could be that Diagouraga is the next player to be put up for sale at Leeds, as Christiansen looks to trim his squad down.
