Jurgen Klopp’s verdict
Klopp has been impressed by Henderson’s passing stats and has raved about the Liverpool midfielder, who earns £140,000 per week as salary (Spotrac).
The Liverpool manager told The Guardian: “He surpassed Gareth Barry as the player with the most passes in the Premier League, is that right? I read that and he still has four or five years to go.”
The German added: “What it says about Hendo is he is an absolutely great and very important figure in this team. He is so incredibly valuable.”

Big player for Liverpool
Henderson is the Liverpool captain now and is a leader on the pitch.
What is remarkable about the 31-year-old is that he has fend off competition from other midfielders to remain in the team.
Yes, there are the likes of Fabinho, Naby Keita and Thiago in the team, but Henderson is still a big player in the middle of the park.

Henderson has improved a lot as a player at Liverpool.
The Englishman is still only 31, which means that he has four or five more years left in him.
Liverpool have become a force to be reckoned under Klopp.
And the manager knows that he could not have done it without Henderson.
