Could Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers be getting a new striker if Kyle Lafferty and Ryan Hardie both leave?

Rangers might be losing two strikers this summer.
According to The Belfast Telegraph, Gers boss Steven Gerrard is forcing Kyle Lafferty to leave Ibrox, while Ryan Hardie was omitted from the squad that travelled to Portugal last month.
And if Gerrard ditches both, it could be considered a clue that he intends to sign a new hitman.
Technically he already has after Greg Stewart moved to Glasgow, but the former Kilmarnock and Aberdeen attacker said last week that he anticipates being used in a number 10 role.
Stewart won’t be directly competing with Jermain Defoe and Alfredo Morelos, but someone else surely will if Hardie and Lafferty both leave.
Two number nines isn’t enough – especially when Celtic will have three, and especially when one of your strikers is prone to suspensions – and the light Blues’ manager will have little choice but to reinforce.
It’s an exciting prospect. Defoe and Morelos are both outstanding goalscorers, especially the latter who hit 30 in all competitions last season, but the idea of another prolific marksman coming in is certainly intriguing.
