Is James Forrest going to keep Patrick Roberts out of the Celtic side?

Brendan Rodgers confirmed on Sunday that Patrick Roberts should be back in time for Celtic’s trip to Old Firm rivals Rangers on March 11.
The 21-year-old hasn’t kicked a ball for Celtic since late November due to a hamstring injury.
But is the on-loan Manchester City winger going to struggle for regular football when he gets back?

Celtic haven’t missed Roberts one bit and so much of that is down to the form of James Forrest, who has been nothing short of outstanding this season.
The 26-year-old scored a hat-trick in a Scottish Cup tie with Partick earlier this month to reach 16 goals in all competitions and it seems very unlikely that Roberts will shift him from the first XI.

Roberts is a class act who was brilliant under Rodgers last season as the Hoops swept all before them to win a domestic treble without losing a single match.
But it’s testament to Forrest’s brilliance this season that his imminent return to the fold isn’t as exciting as it probably should be.
