Leeds United reportedly want Matej Vydra of Derby County in the summer transfer window.

According to The Sun, Derby County forward Matej Vydra is holding out for a move to the Premier League, and perhaps Leeds United should abandon their reported pursuit of the Czech Republic international.
It has been reported by the British tabloid that Leeds are interested in signing Vydra from Championship rivals Derby in the summer transfer window.
The prospect of playing for the Whites is attractive to the 26-year-old forward, according to the report, which also claims that the former Watford man is hoping that a club in the Premier League will make a move in the coming weeks.
While one can understand why Vydra would like to wait a little while longer, for Leeds, it is imperative that they sign him now.

With the 2018-19 Championship campaign to start in the first week of August and the summer transfer window to close on August 9 (the loan window will be open for clubs outside the Premier League until August 31), the Whites cannot make any more delay if they want a forward.
Perhaps it is time for Marcelo Bielsa’s side to move on and find an alternative to Vydra. Leeds simply cannot put all their eggs in one basket.
