Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers or Celtic are the only two Scottish sides who could afford to snap up Jack Marriott.

Marriott has enjoyed a wonderful season at League One level, and he has hit 33 goals across all competitions.
Posh are already resigned to lose Marriott, after failing to earn promotion, and Rangers and Celtic are the only two Scottish sides who could afford him.

Marriott is set to cost upwards of £5 million this summer (Daily Mail), which rules out every Scottish side aside from Rangers and Celtic.
It is even questionable whether Rangers would have those sort of funds, but they are expected to back Steven Gerrard with a sizeable budget.
If Rangers could bring Marriott to Ibrox it would certainly be a statement of intent, as the 23-year-old is one of the hottest properties outside the Premier League.

Celtic, meanwhile, may see Marriott as having the potential to replace Moussa Dembele.
Dembele could well leave Parkhead this summer, and he was also plucked from the Football League, before being given a chance to thrive at Celtic by Brendan Rodgers.
